Here is a True Period circa 1700,s early 1800,s Antique Flax Spinning Wheel. This early American Antique spinning Wheel is made of Walnut I believe. Just look at the detail of all the hand lathed detailed spindles and legs. With hand forged handle on the 23\" inch in diameter spinning wheel. The wheel spins nice and balanced. This has been put together with wooden pegs. The Antique spinning wheel stands 35\" inches tall. This spinning wheel was used by my mother for spinning flax. She would then use the flax to hand weave on her loom making beautiful heirlooms that I still cherish today. I will deliver for gas money in the New England area.
