GERMAN 10x80 FLAK BINOCULARS - WW2:
$660.00

Up for sale I have this incredible 10x80 FLAK binocular manufactured by Emil Busch AG, Optische Industr, and marked with the code \"D.F. 10 x 80 CXN\". The serial number indicates that this is an early production which is among collectors considered to be the \"golden\" production period of these bins.
THIS ONE IS IN 100% ORIGINAL CONDITION.IT HAS NEVER BEEN RESTORED, REFURBISHED OR MESSED WITH.
There is a 4 position filter wheel which rotates freely and smooth and all the filters are all undamaged. Eyepieces rotate freely, and the inter-ocular separation dial is fully functional. The color is africa yellow and it looks just great on it. The colors are still very fresh and strong with a minimum of tears scratches considering it`s age.
Emil Busch was winning the contract to produce a 10 x 80 binoculars for air observation in the German military in 1936. This model was chosen for its lighter weight 6.5 kg and a larger field of view. 131m - 1000m. Because of the heavy allied bombing, the 10x80s primarily used for identifying attacking aircraft`s and command big 4 m rangefinders, searchlights and guns. These binoculars are also very popular in the astronomy observations communities,
The optics in this one is by far the best one I`ve ever seen, and I have seen alot. I have tried to take some pictures thru the lenses, and the pictures is the best one i managed to get. I hope you see what I mean.
I have to put a reserve on this one. Its not high considering the binoculars actually value, but I will rather not selling it instead of selling it for \"nickels and dimes\".
You optics collectors out there know what this is, and you also know when it comes a one of a kind collectible instead of the \"usual\" ones. DONT MISS IT!!
Shipping cost world wide will be $118
Good luck on offerding!
