ADORABLE ANTIQUE Children\'s Tea Set marked on the bottom \"Germany\". Circa early 1920s.

The set hassilhouettesof children playing with various pets / animals. There are slight dabs of pale shades of green,and browns with a deeper red contrast accenting the pieces.Gold trim and rims complete the decoration. Certainly a rare set to find. Theporcelain mold has a ribbed effect.

The maker of this coffee/tea set is believed to be Waldsassen Bareuther & Co. A.G. from Waldsassen, Germany, dating about 1920.

Condition:no cracks, chips, glazing or repairsexcept creamer lip has a chip, the set has typical factory flaws & someminor wear. This set is just absolutely beautiful!!!

6 cups and saucer, creamer and sugar bowl and coffee/tea pot,The teapot measures about 5 1/2\" tall and 6\" handle to spout, the cups 2 1/2\" tall , including handle 2 3/4\" wide, sauce 4 3/4\".
