This ore is predominantly for display and would make a great display piece to add to a collector\'s ore. it is loaded with metals of various types that seem to go throughout this piece. These mines produced more than half a million of tons of raw ore that was refined in this area, with well over 40 mines in area, it produced much copper, silver, and some gold, in various amounts mostly within quartz, along with other metals like Cadmium, lead, Galena, zinc, iron, palladium and more. Quantities will vary in each piece.and there is no promise of quantities of gold if you decide to buy bulk. This is a nice colourful piece. Each piece has its own character and shows well. This ore is sulphide (sulphide ore comes from volcanic massive sulphide deposits, and contain sulphide metals such as Au, Ag ,Cu, Pd, Pt, Zn, Al, Cd, Co, Mn, Fe, Mg, Be, and more, and will also contain chalcopyrite as base.some pieces were tested at gold1.5 ppm to 95 ppm, silver 50 ppm to 900 ppm copper generally way over 1000 ppm.This ore was refined in the past - not in homes, but in proper refineries! Regardless, the quantity of precious metals cannot be known for sure in each piece, and will vary from piece to piece.That being said large amounts of copper,silver and some gold were extracted.This piece has quite a bit of minerals.Great for collector, and colourful.
