Method of PaymentThe only form of payment we accept is PayPal. Payment must be received within 3 days from time sale ends. If payment is not received we will relist the item and close a non paying buyer case against your account. Please offer only if you are sure you want the item and ask all questions before the listing ends.
ShippingWe ship in the continental United States meaning the 48 contiguous states. We only ship item via USPS and UPS and I choose the most appropriate shipping service at my own discretion. All overseas shipping is handled through the Global Shipping Program. If you are outside the U.S. you will see a shipping price and an import price. When you purchase the item will ship it to a global shipping center inside the U.S. which will then ship it to you. You will receive a USPS tracking number so you can track your shipment to the shipping center inside the U.S. and you will also receive a global tracking number so that you can follow the shipment of your item after it is shipped from the global shipping center.

Returns***Returns do not apply to all purchases, please view listing for availability.***Return Policy Genes Jewelry & Pawn offers a 30 day return policy in accordance with top rated selling practices. Before you send any item back you must initiate a return via and receive a RA (Return Authorization) number. Make sure your RA number is clearly visible on the outside of your package. No refunds will be given if item has been altered and new items must be sent back unopened. A refund will be given minus a 10% restocking fee. If you receive an item that has been damaged in the mail, please contact us and the shipping provider immediately. Any items sent back without an authorized return will be kindly accepted as donations.
