The text beneath the title describes the scene: \"On Christmas morning of 1968, Astronauts Frank Borman, Jim Lovell, and Bill Anders, the crew of Apollo VIII - the first humans to break the bond of earth\'s gravity and venture to another world - have accomplished their tenth lunar orbit. With the burn of their service module engine completed on the back side of the moon, these men and their spacecraft are homeward bound.\"
Included with is a Certificate of Authenticity from Greenwich Workshop, the issuing gallery for the print. This is one of Alan Bean’s early releases and is long since Sold Out.
