  All returns must go through customer servicedepartment first. Please note that any physicalabuse cannot be accepted (blown voice coils,cracked screens, etc). Missing parts will resultin an exchange with deductions for missing items(including boxes and manuals).

  Return the item to the address receivedfrom customer service. Write the RA (returnauthorization) number on the box. Returns sent toanother address other than the one provided willdelay the completion of your return. Returnshipping to Texdealz is the responsibility of thecustomer. We strongly recommend using a reliablecarrier like UPS, FedEx or USPS PriorityMail. Texdealz is not liable for theitem until it is received and signed for at ourlocation. If the value of the product is ofconcern to you we suggest you insure the item.Typically items sent by a reliable carrier thatare well packed do not have any issues.
  In the unusual case that you receive the wrongitem, please notify us immediately and we willsend a prepaid shipping label for the return ofthe wrong item and send you out the correct itemsame day. Please keep all package contents,including the box and packing materials.
