Height adjusts according to where clamps are attached to the walker, plus the padded armrest itself has adjustments that can add 1\" of height or change its angle.Padded armrest has removable, washable, upholstery-weight vinyl cover with an elastic band, so more padding could be added beneath it if desired.

ITEMS THAT WILL SHIP BY PARCEL POST OR FEDEX GROUND: When we receive payment by 10 a.m. Pacific Time on our business days (Tuesday-Friday),FEDEX Ground or USPS packages usually go out the same day or next.

Your shipping costs are calculated based on actualcharges for:

  • box and padded wrap (we use recycled materials whenever (USPS) or indirect signature delivery (FEDEX) when warranted
  • insurance, when warranted
  • surcharge on shipping


ITEMS THAT WILL SHIP BY FREIGHT:buyer will hire agent to crate and ship. If you need recommendations, we have had good reports from customers who have hired Box Brothers (boxbros.com, 253-852-5439), as well as Hansen Brothers FEE: If we are not shipping your purchased item, we can hold for local pickup, delivery, or freight for 7 days with no charge; after that, a storage fee of $5/day is required.

PoliciesOur goal is a win-win transaction. If there is a problem with the transaction, the condition, please contact us right away before leaving response! If an item is delayed, lost or damaged in shipping, please contact your shipper first; we cannot be responsible for an item once it has left our shop.
Most of our merchandise is secondhand, and while we do our best to describe it accurately, imperfections are to be expected, unless described as mint.
RETURNS:

  • Authorization must be requested within 14 days of receipt.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 3 days of obtaining return authorization, and must be in the same condition as received. Merchandise returned outside these parameters will not be refunded.
  • IF ITEM IS NOT AS DESCRIBED: Refunds will only be authorized if merchandise is not as described; photos are part of the description, so look closely. Buyer pays return shipping.
  • IF ITEM IS DELAYED, LOST, or DAMAGED IN SHIPPING: Notify your shipper right away. If your shipping & handling costs usually include insurance, please work directly with the shipper in this case.
  • ALL OTHER RETURNS: Buyer will pay a re-stocking fee of $15 or 15% of the purchase price, whichever is greater.
