This is a Hamm\'s Scene-O Rama motion sign that is in ok condition. The light works as well as the motor. The scene scrolls fine. The sign is in a condition that cosmetically needs recondition or you can fully enjoy it as it is, especially for the price with a low reserve. I am not listing this as anything other than what it is, it needs some tlc.... I have included alot of pictures so please look closely.
