The Harmony Hollywood was produced from 1959 to 1967.The Archtop electric came in two models a single pickup model, and the two pickup model. The two pickup model is a much rarer find and, of course a much better playing and sounding guitar. The legendary Gold Foil DeArmond pickups is really the heart and soul of the Hollywood. This H41 also has a \"Blender\" switch where you can blend the sound between both pickups to give you that tonal variation you may need.Natural aged birch wood combined with the DeArmond pickups, give this a \"Killer Tone.\" If you are into tone, this Hollywood is hard to beat. From that \'50s jazz cleantone, to a crunchier modern tone when blended. The Hollowbody gives it a very amplified earthy organic sound.
