Sometimes I have the item marked as shipping Parcel Post but alot of times I bump it up to priority mail I just have to do this as so many variables that i can not account for when listing ie Packed weight , Shipping distance etc.
I am willing to ship international depending on the item ,Just ask me for the shipping charge .
