Here is a fairly nice Heathkit GR-78 receiver. One of their less common radios.I tested this on the AM band, and stations came in strong, on frequency, with no hum. That\'s the limit of my testing, but I expect this will be a good radio for someone.I could not find a two prong cord with the correct spacing, so no power cord is included (I jumpered one on with clips to test). The little top hat on the antenna is broken off, but the full antenna is there otherwise. One knob appears to be incorrect (AF gain). There are a few small paint dings on the cabinet, but they really aren\'t too bad and an overspray with dark grey would make it look like new. Dial strings are intact and smooth for both main tuning and bandspread. Handle is in good shape. Front panel looks very nice. Chrome looks good. This would be a nice collection to your station or collection. It will be shipped with the antenna removed for safety, as it just screws out from the circuit board.This will be well packed to arrive safely.If the shipping calculator overcharges you, I always refund unused shipping and only charge the actual shipping charges from the carrier - no charge for packing or handling.
