This is a Heddon Black Beauty Model #17 9\' ft 2 3/4f that has been lightly restored. Tip ferrules fits 13/64 and butt ferrules fits 21/64. I replaced one guide, three wraps and two intermediate wraps.Old varnish was removed and replaced with man o war spar varnish.
The heddon script was lost with the old varnish sadly, melted pretty badly. Im including the rod bag it came in but i wont ship it in it becausethe old varnish has melted all over the bag(bag is torn as well). I dont want to ruin the new varnish with the old bag.
Wiggling the rod I dont hear any clicking ferrules, there is some wear on the finish on ferrules which i included pictures of. There are some glue lines visible on the rod as well but its still very sound. Rod has the slightest of fishing sets in the tips. There are a couple dig/holes marks on the cork grip, pictures included.
