Up for sale is member of our family, A Herter’s Perfection 46 inch recurve. I have two of these very rare bows. The one I am selling is by far the best of the two. It can almost be considered N.O.S. [New Old Stock]. I bought it as a back-up, however, its actually too nice to use and the one I do use every season for the past 20 seasons, although a bit rough, is still shooting perfect and has assisted me to be extremely successful in hunting. At my age I’ll never be able to use a second bow. I traded my Bear magnum years ago after experiencing, what I consider a superior bow with the Herter’s Perfection” , shorter than any Bear Hunting Bow, without stacking. These 46 incher’s, if you can find them, from my 20 years hunting experience out shoots anything else. Extremely easy to manoeuvre and very fast shooting in heavy brush, cutting down on movement and time, prime ingredients for successful hunts. A fast and smooth shooter, no twang, a real silent killer. These bows actually become an extension of your arm and hand to a point where, like myself, you won’t require sights. Instinct shooting accuracy increases significantly. This bow is clean and crisp, although has expected storage scratches.
