You are looking at a Herter\'s Kodiak No.6 Bear Trap. Trap is huge and heavy. It is approximately 4\' long. One post on the bottom has been repaired. The springs have been weakened by some one so you can actually set it and I have as you can see. There\'s still plenty of life in these springs so I wouldn\'t play with this thing as you still might be missing a hand or foot in a weak moment of having fun with it. The chain and D ring were added to the trap to complete it.This trap would be great for the den or bar at you cabin. It has great color and rustic charm written all over it. Note: Some new info on this trap. Apparently, I\'m told that this trap is not a Herter\'s trap although the pan is right for the trap. We may have a \"diamond in the rough here\". At any rate, it\'s a heck ofa trap. Don\'t want to mislead anyone.
