You are looking atan RD Instruments 1575 Tube Tester. This tester is similar to the Hickok 539B or the Western Electric KS-15750. Overall, it is in good used condition. However, it does not have a top lid. All meters are Hickok. All knobs, buttons, switches are working. The top face panel has some stains, marks, etc. All of this can be seen in the photos. I tested it using a 6L6 tube (photos 23 and 24) and it seems to be working accurately. It has a couple of service labels on it, and apparently the last service was in 1982. I had to open it up and rip the certification label (located in the top left corner- photo 12) in order to take photos inside. Inside, it is clean and there is no oxidation. This is an old piece, sold as is.
