Hickok Model 533A Mutual Conductance Tube Testerbuilt in the USA in the 60\'s.
Tested and working. Recently serviced. Not calibrated. Tube reference chart / and original Hickok manual also included. (these are rare and hard to find) Also has CRT socket adapter. I performed a modification to the unit so the technician can install an amp meter and monitor plate current for the DUT (device undertest). The case is in very nice condition for it\'s age.
Hickok Model 533A. This is the one of best of the basic early testers. Has sockets up to 9-pin mini. No 9 or 12 pin compactron. Has switch selected micromho ranges. You are much better off with this machine than 532 or 534. 532\'s have limited data, and 534\'s have on-board volt-ohmmeter circuitry which complicates the test procedure in my opinion. 532\'s are also much older and for the cost difference the 533A is a much more robust tester.
