TheseTHREE handcrafted power poles are designed for VINTAGED and modern day themed model railroad layouts. These poles aremodels of designs seen throughout the country.The wooden cross arms are 1 &1/2 inches AND one other cross arm is a recycled WALTHERS CORNERSTONE SERIES utility pole cross arm that\'s been updated. The total height of these poles are 5 &1/2 inches; a scaled foot rating of40 feet. I use 3/16th of an inch diameter dowels.By request, I can add \"nails\" to the bottoms of these poles, so that you can \"plant\" them into your layouts. Again, the addition of \"nails\" is by request only, so feel free to ask if you need for this to be done! However, many buyers choose to use these poles along with the 35 scaled foot WALTHERS SCENE MASTER utility poles which stand 4 & 3/4 inches above the \"ground\" of the layout. In that case you can plant my designs to the appropriate depths to fit in with some of you store bought plastic poles if you so desire.

This is a \"one man operation\", so as much as I\'d like to honor request for private orders, my work schedule doesn\'t usually grant me that much spare time to do so. So far, my designs (959 items totaling 4,404 individually crafted poles) have been sold to:
