This is an excellent condition Hobart 2812 manual 12\" smart feature meat and/or

cheese slicer with sharpener, manufactured in 2011. Works perfectly with very

smooth and quiet operation. Hobart is known to make some of the highest quality

and longest lasting meat slicers available. Includes factory Hobart Borazon sharpener,

product fence, meat deflector, and Hobart Operational manual. The table the slicer is
