Shipping:We ship using USPS or UPS. We do not ship on holidays or Sundays or weekends at all if using UPS.
Returns:Areaccepted14 Days after you have received the item and only as long as it is in the same condition that you received it in for we donot accept altered items.
Refund:We only accept returns if the item is not as described.Refunds are returned as they are received via PayPal minus shipping and is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Pictures are required when asking for a refund.
