Saw runs mint,couple pulls on choke,kick it down pull a couple more,kick it down pull to start,as you see in picture me cutting with saw...I think carb can be adjusted for a better start...comes with new chain,carring case,and the original pull start which is metal,needs to have a rope installed,I put another pull start on but it is plastic. This saw is untouched other than pull start,it is all there,great light weight trail saw or trim saw.double trigger assembly.one up front and one at back of handel...very impressive saw that seems to have been used very little and we\'ll kept.i will always give the goods and bads,if this saw needs an itching it would be a carb adjustment...if do not repair or break into the saws.i will try to start and see if they run and that is about it...good luck offerding and thanks
