You are offerding on one Howard Gold Stamping Machine. I plugged it in for only a few minutes and youcan see it got hot based on the two pictures I took of the thermometer.

REVISION ON JULY 26, 2017:As I was going thru boxes I found more items to go with this machine. I found the type set holder, pencil holder attachment, typeset, spacers, and some other things. There are also a few rolls of foil but I don\'t know if it is any good.
