This is a very nice used Howard Rotavator model M100 and is considered to be the Cadillac of Rotovators. Unit has always been kept inside a building and I am only the second owner of this unit. Set up currently for 1000 RPM PTO. 3 point hitch is adjustable and is set up currently for cat. 2 hitch. Knives are about 40% on average. Covers a 100 inch wide swath. Unit has hydraulic lift assist wheels. Unit weighs over 3000 pounds and requires 100 - 150 hp tractor to operate and can cut to a maximum of 9 inches. Unit has the 4 speed \"Selectatilth\" gearbox to provide a variable rotor speed. Also have the operating and parts manuals. This unit does an unbelievable job of pulverizing soil for a perfect seed bed. We used this unit for our sod farm soil preparation for grass seed, but have cut back our sod production and no longer have a need for this unit.
