The blade is marked... MEDAILLED\'OR EXP ANUN LE 1878 LATROMPETTE M. POUZET FRANCE.

The overall length is 17.25\" with the blade measuring 12\" long. The steel is in excellent condition. The blade is straightand the edge has not been abused or molested butcan usesharpening. The hardwood handle has a crack on the mark side, starting at the ferrule. The handle is tight and sturdy.
