One of the best whimseys that I have ever had. Iroquois made souvenir boot measures about 8 1/4\" tall (not including the top beaded loop hanger). Twisted beaded loop hanger adds an additional 3 1/2\" to the height. Boot measures 5\" across at the widest point. Boot is made of gold velvet that does show some wear, but it is not too noticeable because the boot is so heavily beaded. is a shiny oilcloth that has faded. White that you can see in the photos of the back of the boot is a tag that has not been completely removed. Some pinholes on the back, but no other marks or damage. Now for the details of the beading. Beaded trim goes around the entire boot and is near mint. Twisted beaded hanger is perfect. Beaded flowers are so ornate with fat petals and gold and blue and gold and grey centers. There is a 4 loop tassel between the top two flowers is mint with gold beads and yellow and gray-brown bugle beads. Lower flower has a 4 loop 3 1/4\" tassel and a nearby bud and leaf. I think that it is a bird design on the right (toe) of the boot. There are some sequin and bead accents on the boot, too! Beautiful Tassels on the bottom of the boot. It appears that it is missing just one as can be seen in one of the close up photos. All in all, a rare find. Please email me with any questions.
