You are offerding on an antique hanging scale face ((does notinclude the tray/pan and frame) made by the Jacob Bros. of New York. The scaleis in very good condition with a clear glass cover and a nice face and needle indicator.The scale reads to 60 lb in 1 once increments which is very unusual for hangingscales. The scale is in working condition and will zero out. The missinghanging frame and pan would have zeroed the needle. There is a small leadcovered plug on the back side (see last image) which may have an adjustingscrew below that was sealed to prevent tampering, not really sure.
