Miss Cornelia has chosen a NEW DOUBLE STRAND RHINESTONE BRACELET---it \"sparkles plenty\", like her bodice. She wears a few MINI-ROSES IN HER HAIR, matching her NEW MINI-ROSE BOUQUET. On her \"shopping day\" in my Doll Room, Miss Cornelia picked her pink dress first saying \"OOO-LA-LA--C\'EST BELLE!\" (my French is not very good---I believe her dress tag translates \"Little Lady\"---please correct me, those of you who speak \"en Francais\" . . . merci!). Then she shopped for lingerie. She tried on the BEAUTIFULLY DESIGNED DOUBLE TIER RUFFLED EYELET PETTICOAT with MATCHING EYELET BRA & LACE TRIMMED EYELET PANTIES and sighed \"I must have these---I feel DELICIOUSLY PAMPERED in these \"pretties\"! . . . plus a NEW CRINOLINE FOR EXTRA STRUT!\" . . . I pointed out that her pink gown was just a tiny bit shorter than her petticoat, to which she replied \"I love it that way!---how else can anyone see my pretty petticoat! . . . THE MORE RUFFLES THE BETTER!---Isn\'t that the way it is \"en France\"---home of the original ruffled \"can-can\" dancers?\" There was nothing more I could say---she had made up her pretty little mind that she was going to be a SUMMER SWEETHEART in this combination. I do hope you agree she is a \"vision\" in it. This soft pink gown brings out the VIVID GREEN of her CRYSTAL CLEAR SLEEP EYES with LONG FULL ORIGINAL BRUSH LASHES. The soft pastels are a dramatic contrast to her DARK BRUNETTE ORIGINAL CENTER PART ROOTED WIG still in its original curled style. SHE WEARS RARE ALL PINK STRAPPYS with NEW BACK SEAMED SHEER NUDE HOSE. Miss Cornelia does have ONE FLAW THAT I DISCOVERED---when you lift up her chin, there is a line of original neck coloring visible---her neck area has faded a bit with age. She said \"I must be able to keep my chin up---I need a necklace.\" I tactfully suggested a necklace might be a bit \"much\" with her outfit so we compromised on a simple satin ribbon \"choker\". If you remove the ribbon you will see the color change. With the ribbon in place, it is not visible. THIS BEAUTY IS CLEAN & WELL STRUNG in my humble opinion. When you lie her down, her right eye sometimes stays open, but with a gentle touch, it closes well. She has been on display in my SMOKE FREE, PET FREE DOLL ROOM protected from sunlight & temperature extremes.
