A pint size jelly or jam jar with label. It has no lid and is light sun colored amethyst. Lip is ground indicating pre-1900 manufacture. Label and jar are in good condition with some bubbles in the glass. There is some roughness and chips on the inner rim, most likely from the method of manufacture. I found a lid that fits about right and you can offer on it if you want. But it is listed separately tonight because it is not original to the jar (see last 2 photos). The lid should have a wire holding clip which isn\'t there either. Jar is 6-1/2 inches tall. Curtice Brothers of Rochester was a high end preserves, delicacies and food brand in the later 1800\'s to early 1900\'s..
