My McLoughlin reproduction folding doll house not only works for 1/4\" scale miniaturists, it makes a wonderful toy to display with dolls around 12\" tall such as Bleuette. I\'ve taken all the graphics from my antique 1894 example which originally was owned by Flora G. Jacobs and featured in her book Victorian Dolls\' Houses on page 39. Original size: 12\" high by 24\" by 24\". Please note that this sale is for the miniature (size: 3\" high by 6\" by 6\") folding house only and does not include the game table or chairs which are separate sales. 

 

All Printing is done on a commercial digital state of the art color laser printer on either 110 lb. card stock or parchment paper.

The following is included in this kit:

• 5 pages of graphics including the box lid in two sizes. The larger size fits on top of our VPDJN37 Game Table kit should you like to display your model on it. The smaller lid graphic will work on a box you make to contain the house when folded up.
• Chipboard to cut the 12 walls and floors.
• Bias fabric strips to use for all hinges
• Complete step by step instruction with 32 photos showing all the steps.
• A supply list of other items you will need to provide to complete the project.
• The cardstock dollhouse furniture is not included but shown to let you know furniture is available in another sale on for Decalco Cardstock Furniture VPDJN84.

You will need to provide the following items to complete your house: Scissors, glue stick, white glue, ruler, cutting knife and an alcohol ink pen.

It is important to note that this project is a reproduction of an old toy that is in excellent condition. As such it is somewhat worn and in the original manufacture, images were sometimes not glued perfectly. I have duplicated all quite faithfully so when you are done, your piece will look like a miniature handmade antique folding doll house. It will not look perfectly machined like an item mass produced in China today.

    I guarantee all items I sell and I accept returns however not on paper projects like this that can be copied, so this item, once purchased is non returnable.     Shipping is FREE on my store paper projects in the USA and I ship by USPS Priority Flat rate envelopes. International shipping rate to is $33.95 and I deduct $5.95 from this for foreign orders to pay shipping in the amount of $28.00 only.  Usually two projects will fit in one envelope.
