Jensen Heathkit P15LS 15 Inch 16 Ohm Speaker #1

RECONED AND REBUILT BY TED WEBER\'S SPEAKERS IN KOKOMO INDIANA

A vintage Jensen made for Heathkit P15LS 15 inch 16 ohm speaker, woofer in very good cosmeticcondition.

The cone is exactly the same as used in the Jensen Model P15LL speaker used in the Imperial speaker system.

This speaker was reconed and rebuilt by Ted Weber\'s Speakers in Kokomo Indiana.

The cone is not original but has been reconed and rebuilt with the correct original Jensen style cone.

The new vented dust cap is not the same as original.

The dust cap appears reddish in the photos, but it is black.

The frame is stamped: 6086 , P15-LS C6086.

Date Code: 220623.

The cone is stamped : 074.

The frame has signs of age and use.

This speaker has been tested by me and it is working properly.

The speaker plays loud and clear.

Measures 11.9 DC ohms on my Fluke digital multimeter.

This is a newly rebuilt speaker and may take some hours of play to \"break in\" to attain it\'s full potential, just like any other new speaker.

I will bolt a thin sheet of plywood to the speaker front to protect the cone.

Speaker will be double boxed with a new heavy duty Lowes box on the outside..
