Open-box item in \"damaged\" manufacturer/retail (exterior) packaging only which has accordingly been removed and inspected for quality assurance and found to be of new condition overall, then was repackaged to original specification or as close to it as possible. Basically, the packages/boxes may have potential shelf wear, tears, blemishes and/or dented-damaged sides and have been opened for inspection to verify contents and then repackaged-that\'s it! Rest assured-item is again of new/like new condition although it may also have some slight cosmetic imperfections in the form of small marks or surface blemishes from not originally being re-packaged properly in it\'s box and then being thrown into an even larger box w/other products etc rubbing and bumping against one another.
