Jext Telez Dizzy Tone OC44YJ (Version 3) Fuzz pedal Mullard Yellow Jacket OC44:
$269.00

We have reached the end, the limited edition Dizzy Tone V3 with Yellow Jacket OC44 are almost sold out-- we are down to 6 left and going to put them up for cost!! Snag one of the last ones and own what will be one of the most sought after fuzz pedals ever.
The Jext Telez Dizzy Tone is a recreation of the original 1966-67 Elka Dizzy Tone,
a variant of the Sola Sound Tonebender MKIII. The Dizzy Tone is the edgy
brother to the Baldwin Burns Buzzaround. Dizzy Tones are one of the
fullest sounding Tonebender variations with an evil attitude- roaring,
spitting, screaming goodness.Jext Telez desoldered a prime original Elka Dizzy Tone and measured drift
on original components. There were variations noted and incorporated
from the commonly perceived stock values of Dizzy Tones as well.
Sonically, the Jext Telez is a clone of this prime original example.
The Jext Telez Dizzy Tone brings the two extremes closer together--
a players fuzz with a snarling lip. It\'s a fine-tuned and perfectly
balanced fuzz.
There are three versions of the Jext Telez Dizzy Tone. All are limited
edition replicas in the same wedge case finished in crinkle coat.
Jext Telez uses the same board construction with no expense spared
part selection throughout-- especially the sourced, measured and
circuit tested original germanium transistors.Version one, the standard model, features the same new-old-stock
trio of two SFT352 and one SFT308 germanium transistors as most
original examples. It\'s the rawest of the three models-- flames of
rage and a present top-end. This is the young mans Dizzy Tone.Version two is a limited edition of 40 featuring a selected NOS black
glass Mullard OC44 germanium transistor-- which is what the dissected
original had. The OC44 model delivers thick, balanced and wooly
tone and adds a low midrange presence.Version three takes the Dizzy Tone further into rich timbres by featuring
an ultra rare holy grail Mullard OC44 Yellow Jacket germanium transistor--
limited edition of 40. The OC44YJ has smooth, classy midrange,
a prestigious tone and touch sensitivity.
Jext Telez offers a one year warranty on parts and labor regardless
of ownership. Purchaser need only pay shipping.NOTES ABOUT THE MULLARD OC44 YELLOW JACKET:JEXT TELEZHAS PROCURED AN UNHEARD OF SMALL STOCKPILEOF THE LEGENDARY MULLARD OC44YJ.THESE LIMITED QUANTITIES ARE BEING MEASURED AND TESTED IN CIRCUITFORTHE VERY LIMITED EDITIONDIZZY TONE OC44YJ.

The Mullard Yellow Jacket OC44 is the sound of Britishclassic rock. It\'s a tone your brain knows intimately.

Thetouch sensitivity is unparalleled and where-asblack glass OC44 have quite the squish and compression, the Yellow

Jacket has thetightest amount of compression with ultra-smooth midrange characteristics and the elusive clarity

of lower midrange. These are one of the ghosts of all transistors. A true find and opportunity to raise your tone game.

\"It is sweet every once in a while when you hear a vintage mullard yellow-jacket OC44 next to a clone or cross-part. Nothing really compares to the old stuff and if price is not in the equation, then by all means, get the old stuff.\" -- Blake Studdard, Mammoth Electronics

\"I told him I had one original yellow OC44. He BEGGED to hear it so I plugged it into a pedal with sockets.\"

-- Analogmike (Analog.man)

\"The OC44 Yellow Jacket hasa punchy dynamic compression characteristic and avintage midrange smoothness\"

--Al Sutton (Acme Audio)
