1939-1941 John Deere L tractor with no serial tag. The engine runsfine and we usually start it in a few feet by pulling. It will start by hand also on the about the second try. It is in good shape andnothing is rusted out. It has all new fluids and a new paint job as can be seenin the pictures. It is not perfect but very nice. It has brand new front tiresand tubes on it but of course, the one tube went flat and is shown in the picture.It is now fixed with another tube.

The engine runs excellent with no smoke and good oil pressure. Idid not see any cracks or welds on the tractor. The magneto and carburetor havebeen rebuilt. The sheet metal is very nice and solid, a few dings, and paint isvery nice. The rear tires are at least 50% and 7.5 x 22. The one wheel appearsto have had work done on it around the valve stem and looks good. It does havethe front hubcaps. The top mount transmission, which makes this an early L, is good and quiet, the clutch andbrakes work well, the steering is good not wobbly like some.
