46 Backhoe

For 2520, and 2720 OOS Tractors.

The 46 Backhoe is not Compatible with a Mid-Mount Mower Deck, See Sales Manual.

The 46 Backhoe fits the 2025R, 2032R, 2320, 2520, 2720, 4110, 4115, and 4100Compact Utility Tractors.

NOTE: The third selective control valve (SCV) kit cannot be installed on tractors with a backhoe.

Tractor applications:

The 46 Backhoe is compatiblewith 2025R, 2032R, 2320, 2520, 2720, 4110, 4115,and4100 Tractors.

NOTE:The third selective control valve (SCV) kit cannot be installed on tractorswith a backhoe.

Requirements and/or recommendations:

1)If notalready equipped, tractor requires a front-end loader.

2)Ifnot already equipped, tractor requires a folding ROPS upper hoopkit.(NOTE: 2025R, 2032R, 2320, 2520,and 2720 come standard with both;this is for older tractors.)

3) If not already equipped, tractor requires a powerbeyond kit.

4)Tractor 3-point hitch must be removed for installation.

5) The 46 Backhoe is NOTcompatiblewithamid-mount mower deck due to the subframe rails on thebackhoe.For 2032R, 2520, 2720,and 4115 Tractors, the majority ofthe lift kit (mechanical or independent) will need to be removed wheninstalling the backhoe. This will require the use of tools to make the changefrom a mid-mower to a backhoe on the 2032R, 2520, 2720,and4115.This is different than the 2025R and 2320 Tractor, where the liftkit can be left on with the backhoe, but the mower deck will still need to beremoved. For compatibility information with the 46 Backhoe, pleasereferto46Backhoe - mid-mount mower interference forcomplete details.

NOTE:The subframe for the 46 Backhoe andtheactualbackhoe come on and off the tractor together.If thebackhoe is removed, the subframe is also removed from the tractor aswell(for all tractors listedabove).This is a tool-freeprocess.

6)4110/4100Tractors with R4 tiresthat are using a 200X or 200CX Loader willexperienceinterference between the front tires and subframe hangers thatwrap around the loader mounting frames when tires are turned too fully ineither direction.Please see DTAC case 71888 for the solution ifinterference is unacceptable.This will only happen in the statedequipment combination.
