A K/D stand is a knocked down, or unassembled stand. The customerhas to assemble the stand, the machine, stand and motor are shipped in multipleboxes requiring assembly.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If you received your order and it is damaged, let us know.If yourorder is to be delivered by a Freight Company or UPS, please inspect contentsbefore signing acceptance and note any package damage on bill of lading. Ifcontents inside are damaged, refuse delivery and don\'t sign the delivery Billof Lading. Once you sign for the shipment, it is your responsibility to file aclaim.
