The two-needle machine offers basic performance that is ideally suited to sewing heavy materials. The machine utilizes a new mechanism that does not change the ratio of the alternate vertical movement of the walking foot and presser foot, even when the material thickness changes. The mechanism helps prevent slippage between the upper and lower materials even when a heavy material is used.

The warranty covers parts and labor for 1 year. Repairs are done in shop at our California office. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, No Exceptions.
Consew Warranty
We will do everything possible to help you adjust your machine (if needed) by phone. However if a mechanic is required during Warranty period for Consew our repair facilities are located in California or New Jersey. For Juki or any other brand is California. It is your responsibility for freight to and from the warranty center. No Exceptions.
What is a K/D Stand?
A K/D stand is a knocked down, or unassembled stand. The customer has to assemble the stand, the machine, stand and motor are shipped in multiple boxes requiring assembly.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If you received your order and it is damaged, e-mail Alberoni( US ). If your order is to be delivered by a Freight Company or UPS, please inspect contents before signing acceptance and note any package damage on bill of lading. If contents inside are damaged, refuse delivery and don\'t sign the delivery Bill of Lading. Once you sign for the shipment, it is your responsibility to file a claim.
ORDER PROBLEMS
DIDN\'T RECEIVE CORRECT ITEM: If you have received the wrong item, please contact us prior to leaving response or attempting to return. We will always make your order right. If the item needs to be returned back to us due to our mistake, we will pay all return postage to return the item back to us. When contacting us please provide full UPC barcode number and/or Model Number off the wrong item you received to speed up the re-order process.
NO reorders will be processed without following our policy information procedure. Pictures may also be required to process re-order.
Returns
Machines must be in same condition and packaging as shipped. Shipping charges can not be credited and buyer pays for all return shipping with insurance. On free shipping items there will be a deduction of shipping fees before any money is refunded . Machines must be inspected by Alberoni Sewing Machine and have to be in same condition as when shipped to you. There will be a 15% restocking charge if returned. Buyer must get an RA # from Alberoni Sewing Machine before any returns will be accepted. Thank You
