We ship all packages within 24 hours after payment is cleared. All items are shipped VIA UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail Monday to Friday. Shipping rates are listed in
the item description. Fixed shipping cost is for the contiguous 48 states only!!

Notice:
Shipping carrier will email your tracking number upon shipment of your item(s) to your Email address carrier\'s email. Please check your email allowing UPS up to
36 hours from 4:00pm on day of shipping. (i.e. Item ships on Monday you should have tracking # by Wednesday). For security reasons we cannot provide tracking
information over the telephone.

Local Pick-up:
Items can be picked up at our warehouse Monday through Friday between the hours of
8:30am and 11:30am and between 1:00pm and 4:30pm.

We accept PayPal only.Buyers are responsible for taxes, custom fees and shipping fees, as well as they\'re responsible for shipping costs on returned items. Warranty is void if item is resold.PCExchange offers a 60 Day Repair or Replacement Warranty only on all Desktops and Laptops. All other hardware carries a 30 day warranty unless specified as is in the
description. Our quality control department inspects and tests all equipment prior to shipping. In an event a received item does not function properly, please contact
us via message in your \'s dashboard. PCExchange will replace or repair any problems immediately. Refunds are given only if we cannot repair or replace your
item with the equivalent specifications. PCExchange stands by your purchase. This warranty does not apply to any item that is sold \"As-Is\". Warranty is void if item
is resold or worked on by anyone else.
