International packages (less than 100 lbs) are shipped FedEx International Ground or USPS International Priority

Freight Shipments: Items too large to ship FedEx ground will ship Common Carrier Freight. For residential common carrier freight shipments, you must be able to accommodate a freight truck at your address, or the shipment must be picked up at the local truck terminal. A daytime telephone number must be supplied so that the freight company can contact your prior to delivery.

Policies
Returns: Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Please contact customer service at 888-243-3339 to request an RMA number for a return. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Returned items must be new and include original packaging. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Library ladders are non-returnable. Spiral and straight stair kits are subject to restocking fees up to 25%.
