Very clean and fully functional. I used this most every day in my radio shack. I have bought another piece of equipment and I need the room on my radio bench. Includes AC/DC power cords and a copy of the owners manual. I have taken steps to i.d. this radio in case someone tries to send me back a different defective one. I would like to have listed this as \"non-working\" to discourage parts swappers. But, I want to assure you it is fully functional. I will pack it very well. Please look me up on QRZ.com. P.S. In the photos the face plate looks scratched. It is not. It is light reflection.Great for band scanning and not using your transceiver. Great AM broadcast band reception if you attach an AM antenna.
