Thisamplifier is similar to Ameritron ALS-600 and Tokyo Hy-Power HL1Kfx but withdifferences.

Amplifieris made of 4 items MRF150. It is popular solution for the amplifier of power upto 600W. This scheme is used by Communications Concepts EB-104, Ameritron, Tokyo Hy-Power and a lotof other companies. The most popular among the radio – amateurs isa set EB104 of CommunicationsConcepts. There are a lot of detailed descriptions of the amplifier 4хMRF150scheme in the Internet. So I describe only schemes being added by myself.

MRF150 will require only around 6-8 watts or so to drive the amplifier to 600watts output.

We have two kind of enclosers. Aluminium and steel. Also take a look for finishedamplifier with internal power supply. Aluminium from left, weigth - 8kg. Steel from right,weigth - 12kg.
