This is a sale for a pair of second from the Top of the Line, Komperdell Nordic Carbon Team Ski poles that were cut down from 160cm to 154cm. These are very well made, lightweight, stiff 100% carbon poles and they come with Komperdell\'s minimalist and very comfortable straps (SIZE MEDIUM), and injected cork grips for comfort and Komperdell\'s XC National Team Powder basket. Komperdell has been making top level Nordic gear for many years.
Komperdell claims they weigh 165grams at 150cm. These are 154cm and they can be used for skate or classic technique. They have excellent swing dynamics (meaning they are very light when you swing them back) and they come with the original Komperdell card and pole clip (not shown) that holds them together for storage. These are high level, 100% carbon poles with excellent baskets and excellent grips. Compare this price to Swix, Toko, and other 100% carbon poles and you will spend probably double what I am asking.You can\'t even get no name 100% carbon poles for under $80 a set and Komperdell is a highly acclaimed maker.
These poles were bought last year as new models and used once! The poles are painted matte black and theyhave minor scuffs from carrying them in a bag to test them.
NOTE: the straps are size MEDIUM. They are not for adults with big hands or for use with very thick winter ski gloves. I tested them with my light-weight finger Toko race gloves and they work fine and I am 5\' 11\" and havenormal but not large hands. With mittens or lobster gloves, or if you have large hands, you will have a hard time getting the glove into the strap without pulling the strap from the buckle and then reinserting it.
These poles currently sell in stores for anywhere from $110 to $150 so my price is very reasonable.
