This is a Kushlan Products movable pedestal food grade mixer. The size is 4-1/2 cubic feet. It is powered by 3/4 horse power (HP) and the voltage is 120. The drum gauge is 5/16 of an inch, the drum diameter is 22 inches, and the drum opening is 17 inches. The overall height is 62 inches, the overall length is 57 inches, and the overall width is 36 inches. The wheel diameter is 10 inches and the wheel width is 2-1/4 inches.
We have inspected this item and we do not have the capability to fully test it. This unit requires some assembly. There are some cosmetic scuffs and scratches around the unit. Please refer to the photos for more information.

The shipping option you are presented for this item was chosen based on appropriate options (weight, box dimensions, contents). We reserve the right to choose the method that best suits our needs, even though we may be taking a hit on shipping costs. We prefer to ship FedEX Freight.
The flat freight rate we show in our listings are based on the assumptions that the buyer is in the lower 48 states, and meets one of these criteria:
1) is a commercial site with a dock
2) is a commercial site and have the capability of taking the item off the freight trailer with your own labor.
3) are willing to pick it up yourself at the locat FedEX freight terminal (this option is open to both commercila and residential consumers).
If the item is to be delivered to a residence, a smaller truck with a liftgate will be required, and these services required added fees. Please ask for a manual invoice to cover the cost of a delivery truck with a lift gate if you wish residential service.
If you place an order and are unable to meet the shipping requirements above, we reserve the right to collect a $50 fee for wasted time and materials to prep the shipment and restock it.
Local Pickup:
We offer local pickup for all orders with the following conditions:
1) Item must be picked up and signed for by the buyer listed on the account
2) Item must be paid for prior to picking up, unless paying with exact change cash in which case you should choose pay on pickup during checkout
3) Item will be ready for pickup within 1 business day of paying for the item - Items are not immediately ready for pickup
4) We are open M-F from 9-4 for pickups by appointment - Please message us through letting us know what day and time you would like to pickup to ensure we are here to assist you.
5) All items must be picked up within 5 business days of paying for the item. If an item is not picked up within the time period the order will be cancelled and a 20% restocking fee will be assessed.

We do not offer the ability to use your own account or to ship outside of our preferred carrier.
Wewill accept PayPal, Discover, VISA, American Express or MasterCard Credit Cards. If you wish to pick the item up at our warehouse, located in Plainfield, IL, you are welcome to do so.We will be happy to send you a manual invoice with the shipping charges removed.
It is possible to return items. We have a 14 day return policy. The buyer is required to return the item to us. When it is received, it will be inspected and as long as it returns in the same condition it was sent out a full purchase price refund. If the item was our mistake then we will also reimburse the shipping costs. If it was as advertised and the buyer just changed their mind, then we will not refund the original shipping cost. If the item arrives and it damaged we would prefer to attempt to repair the item if possible. If it is not possible we will work with you to resolve the issue. The very best practice is to look at all the pictures and ask questions before offerding.
