KwikPrint Model # 86A Pneumatic or Manual operation . Hot Foil Stamping machine.
This machine can be operated either in Manual mode or Pneumatic/Automatic mode.Tons of accessories and extras , including Type; I will try to list most of them.What all is included:(1) 1 KwikPrint Model 86A Pneumatic or Manual operation machine(2) 1 Dynamco O.S.H.A approved safety switch that requires dual hand operation to run the machine.(3) 1 footpedal operation switch(4) 3 different size of MultiLine Type holders as follows:
a) 1 Standard Multiline Type Holder , Model # 80M ( 2\" x 5-3/4 \" )
b) 1 extra wide Multiline Type Holder , Model # 305M ( 3\" x 5-3/4\")
c) 1 Long MultiLine Type Holder , Model # 809M ( 2\" x 9\" )(5) 1 KwikPrint Two way Platform table . This is an optional extra that allows for the table to be moved along the X and Y axis for positioning of workpiece.(6) 2 different style of Right Angle gauges
a) 1 old style Bronze right angle gauge with 3 individually adjustable strips . This is a genuine KwikPrint item that is not currently available on the KwikPrint website. It
is featured on the KwikPrint brochure that I have.
b) 1 current style Aluminum right angle gauge (7) 4 Line Boards for the Table
2 Line Boards are used and 2 are New. The New Line Boards still have the factory peel-off backing intact. Also included are 14 new LineBoard screws----------Following are all the Foilfeed mechanisms and spares(8) 2 Different size of Automatic FoilFeed mechanism, as follows:
a) 1 complete standard Foilfeed mechanism ( 2\" x 9\") (2 inch roller width)
b) 1 complete Foilfeed mechanism for wide rolls ( 3\" x 9\" ) (3 inch roller width) Model / Item # 319 . Some spare washers and extra collar+wing screw.(9) 4 extra knurled Aluminum rollers for the foilfeed mechanism. These are in addition to the 2 that are already on the 2 foilfeed mechanisms.
2 of these rollers are New and 2 are Used. 1 of the used rollers has an extra shaft and gear wheel(10) 2 New rubber rollers for the foilfeed mechanism. These are extras that are in addition to the 2 already on the 2 foilfeed mechanisms. (11) 2 Insulation blocks for the foilfeed mechanism(12) 2 extra threaded Foil reel assemblies for the foilfeed mechanisms. The Foil rolls are slid onto these assemblies . These are in addition to the 2 already on the 2 foilfeed
mechanisms. Also comes with 5 extra coil springs. (13) 4 extra Chain-drive assemblies for the foilfeed mechanism. These are complete assemblies. 3 of them allow for the chain to exit the assembly to the right, which is standard.
1 of the assemblies allows for the chain to exit left. These 4 are extra and in addition to the 2 complete chain-drive assemblies installed on the 2 foilfeed mechanisms. (14) 10 extra chains , that are in addition to the 2 already on the foilfeed mechanisms. Some are New and all are in good condition.(15) 4 extra/spare rack-gear assemblies , complete with the springs and knurled cylinder that screws onto the rack-gear.
5 extra springs in addition to the 4 springs mentioned in above extra rack-gears + 1 extra knurled threaded cylinder . (16) 1 spare main gear for the 6 chain-drive assemblies with the pawl included + 5 New Pawls included.
The Pawl is the spring-loaded claw shaped metal piece that engages the large sprocket on the chain-drive assembly(17) 2 New spare dual gears. These are the gears that engage the rack-gear on the chain-drive assembly chain-drive assembly that turns the chain in 1 direction only. -------------(18) 2 extra RoboTemp solid state stepless temperature controls . 1 is New . These are in addition to the Robotemp control installed on the machine. (19) 2 Timeco Time delay relays . 1 is installed on the machine and 1 is a New spare. (20) 2 pull-down handles for Manual operation. 1 is New.
3 New crank handles , these are in addition to the 3 crank handles already on the machine. (21) 7 Heating Elements
3 are short heating elements for the 5-3/4 \" multiline holders. 2 of these are New and 1 is used . All work fine.
4 are long heating elements for the 9\" multiline holder. 3 of these are New and 1 used . All work fine.

Spares for the pneumatic cylinder and Manifold(22) 1 rebuild kit for the Pneumatic Manifold and 2 Schrader Bellows rebuild Kits.
I do not know if the Schrader Bellows rebuild parts can be used for the Pneumatic cylinder on this machine but since I received it with the machine I am including it.
The rebuild kit for the Pneumatic Manifold is for this machine as the schematic diagram for the rebuild kit matches the Pneumatic Manifold on the machine.
The Pneumatic manifold on the machine works just fine, the rebuild kit is just extra parts should you ever need to service the Manifold in the future.
I do not know if the rebuild kit is complete but there are a lot of seals, gaskets and O-Rings . Some of them might be mixed up with the Schrader Bellows stuff.
1 New in bag Advance Automation Co. repair kit. Part # i325-00KIT . This is a rebuild kit for a pneumatic cylinder , but not sure if it is for the cylinder on this machine. I
received this with the machine as spares for the machine. The machine works fine , the above rebuild kits are just spares for future use. (22) Various spare airline fittings.
2 New airline valve fittings that are installed on a wall or backboard to receive the air supply. A bunch of other miscellaneous airline fittings that I don\'t know the

With box and packing added, you are looking at a combined weight of around 185 lbs. ---If you send me your Zip code I can find out shipping prices from UPS small parcel service, UPS Freight , FedEx and LTL Freight service providers. I can split up the shipment into 2 boxes to send by UPS small package service because their max weight is 150lbs per package. Alternatively I can make a wood crate with custom skid/pallet , cost for crating is $60 . Sending everything in 2 boxes is probably the best idea since to send as 1 package the wood crate itself will weight around 50lbs, so you are looking at around 235lbs for the whole package.Last year I shipped a 315 lb lathe machine to Virginia for $230 by a LTL (less than truckload ) freight provider . This year I shipped a 220 lb paint sprayer to Florida by UPS freight for about $200 .If you are within 120 miles of Milwaukee Wis , I can deliver for a small fee.
