This item is a open box return from a major retailer. Item looks to be a buyer\'s remorse item. It has been turned on to make sure it functions, blade spins, LawnBott moves around. It also seems to charge. From the little bit of green reisdue on the blade, we can guess that the item was used maybe once or twice. Some of the accessories are sealed, never opened. There are some superficial scratches on the unit. Comes just like pictured. What you see is what you will get!

Warranty:
In the rare event that the unit is DOA, please contact me within 48hrs to correct the situation. In case of any issues that develop after that, contact the manufacturer directly. Make sure to print a copy of your invoice for future reference.
Returns:
If for any reason the item arrives damaged or DOA, it can be returned for a full refund. Otherwise, if the item shows signs of usage, i.e., fingerprints, untied cables, broken packaging, etc., the re-stocking fee will be 20%. The re-stocking fee can also be much higher (up to 100% for a total loss due to carelessness or fault of the buyer) if, for example, the item is returned with scratches or is damaged (by the user), is missing components, missing paperwork, damaged due to improper packaging by you when shipping it back, etc. We also recommend that you insure the package when you send it back as it is your purchase and you are responsible for it arriving safely to us.
