Made from sheet lead, which is about the purest softest lead easily available. Considered dead-soft, and 99% pure lead. Fluxed with sawdust and bottom-poured to keep dross from forming during the casting.
At least 19.5 pounds loaded into a small flat-rate box. Securely surrounded with fiberglass tape.
Ingots never cooled in water, to avoid entrapped water which can explode in the pot!Air-cooled and stored indoors away from water.
Ingots buffed if needed for a clean oxide-free product.
