I have a brand new Lego Aquanauts Aquazone Sea Claw 7 set for sale. It is from 1995 and is still in the box and the tape has never been cut. It has been stored away for quite a while so there is some storage wear on the box but nothing severe. It is hard to find an older Lego set such as this still new in the box. I only ship within the United States includingAlaska and Hawaii. The package will be shipped as soon as payment is confirmed.I give a 3 day pay period before the item is relisted and if payment is notreceived within an hour I will send a message informing you of the end of your3 days just so there is no confusion. I usually ship everyday except Saturdayand Sunday so if your purchase is made before 3:00 PM Eastern time it will mostlikely ship the next day but is not guaranteed. Return/Refund and Exchange Policy:
I do offer exchanges up to 14 days after thetracking number delivery date. If you do not check your item within that timethen I am not responsible. I only offer exchanges if the item is damaged/brokenor does not match the item description. I also can only offer them if I haveanother of the item that was purchased. If I confirm that the item isdamaged/broken when I receive it then I will refund the buyer for returnshipping. Any other return shipping will not be refunded unless otherwisedecided by me. If an item is shipped back, then it must be returned how it wasreceived meaning everything must be sent back unless otherwise decided betweenme and the buyer. If damage is in the description and the buyer does not see itor read the description thoroughly, then I will not be held responsible.

On some damage and some itemsthat cannot be shipped back or are not worth shipping back(glass items, ceramicitems,etc.) I may require photo evidence in order to issue a refund.
Apartment Policy:
This is very important especially if your packagesare delivered to your door and not a front desk or something of that sort. Iwill ship to apartments, but I will not be held responsible for any lost orstolen packages so order at your own risk. Shipping to apartments can be a realinconvenience sometimes because it can be confusing to the mail carrier andsometimes packages left at doors are stolen by other tenants. You will beresponsible for making sure you get your package because I have no control overit.
