Here for your consideration is this large Art Nouveau Ceramic Art Company porcelain Tankard jug. All handpainted with grapes, tendrils and foliage. It has a molded leaf design at the base, and similar relief decoration on the handle, which is also nicely gilded. Circa late 19th C., and marked on the bottom as shown. It measures about 14 1/4\" tall, and 6\" in diameter at the the foot rim. This example is in excellent condition! No chips, cracks, staining, or repairs. All gilding is intact.
