To receive a combined shipping discount, please request an invoice when you are finished shopping, and wait for one combined invoice before paying.
Items are shipped via \'best way\', depending on the package size and location. If you have a special shipping request, please contact us prior to your purchase to arrange the details.
Most orders ship within 48 hours, Monday - Friday. Some items may ship direct from factory.
Tracking numbers are uploaded and emailed to you, which will enable you to follow your shipment until it arrives.
RETURNS
If you need to return a purchase, please notify us within 14 days of your delivery date. The item must be returned in its original packaging and in new condition. Only unopened, unused, undamaged and uncut items may be returned. Beyond 14 days, exchanges only will be accepted. We must be notified within 30 days of receipt for exchanges.
Any shipping discrepancy or damaged merchandise must be reported within 3 days of the delivery date. In the rare event an item is missing, we will process your claim and send out the missing item(s) promptly. If the product is damaged, we will replace it at no charge. Please contact us and we will process a return label for you. As soon as we receive your item, we will ship your replacement.
A Return Authorization is required for all returns. Simply Contact Us with your item number and/or your Sales Record # and reason for returning, and we will issue a return authorization and give you the return address at that time.
