Howdy folks. As beautiful as the Loar LM-500 is, the Loar folks decided to give it a more modern upgrade. The Loar LM-590MS is that upgrade. The LM-590MS has a solid hand-carved, fully graduated spruce top, with scalloped parallel tone bars, and a solid hand-carved fully graduated figured maple back. The sides are solid maple too. The neck is fitted with a modern rosewood fretboard, bone nut, and fitted with a double adjustable truss rod. The headstock has awesome Grover Tuners too. The LM-590MS has a beautiful satin finish, with excellent figuring to the maple. This mandolin has a full woody sound, with excellent sustain, and bluegrass chop. It issetupwith New Martin Bluegrass mandolin strings. I ship Fedex insured inside the US, and USPS Priority International mail outside the US.
