It has a paper label on the back with a \"Mad Ox\" over a shield that identifies it as a true Maddox Tables piece. Hepplewhite desk,mahogany with inlay, with fold out writing surface (sliders intact). Vertical tambours are in perfect condition (the sliding doors). Cubbyholes and drawer inside. Two full sized drawers below the writing surface. Excellent condition. 41 1/2\" tall, 19\" deep with 6\" fold out writing surface, 35\" wide. Label in drawer from Mahogany Association, Inc., #134. A similar one online was appraised at $1500.00.
